Step 3: Submit Required Documents

Head over to the Forms tab on our website to upload all necessary documents to complete your application.

Step 4: Arrange for Lease Signing

Pending landlord approval, we’ll coordinate a lease signing at your convenience.

Step 5: Finalize Your Payment

Bring your security deposit and broker’s fee to the lease signing. Don’t worry—the holding deposit you’ve already paid will be credited toward your first month’s rent.
